These hand rotating frames have been popular for many years but are now superceded by the clip-on frames which take a little less work to get started! 

The material to be worked is stitched on to the tape at the top and bottom of the frame and then rotated. For correct use, the frame must be a little larger than the material that is to be sewn onto the frame to enable good tension to be achieved.  Instructions are included for assembly
